Clause 4.3
Withdrawal Processing
n777an aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within 30 minutes during peak Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) hours. Processing times may be longer during scheduled maintenance windows or where additional verification is required. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the n777an support team.

Currency
All transactions on the n777an Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). n777an does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any conversion fees charged by a player's payment provider are the sole responsibility of the player.
Clause 4.5
Prohibited Fund Sources
Players must not deposit funds derived from illegal activities. n777an reserves the right to freeze account balances and report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities where there is reasonable ground to suspect the source of funds is unlawful. Third-party deposits — where the payment source is not owned by the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited.

How bonus offers work on n777an

Clause 5.1
Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the individual bonus offer. Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Failure to meet requirements within this window will result in the automatic expiry and removal of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Clause 5.2
Bonus Abuse
n777an operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, using low-risk mathematical strategies specifically to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent, and colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is detected, n777an reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate bonus-derived winnings, and permanently close the accounts involved.
Clause 5.3
Real Money vs. Bonus Funds
Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds are held separately within your wallet. Bets are placed first from Real Money Funds unless the specific bonus offer specifies otherwise. Winnings generated from Real Money Funds are withdrawable at any time subject to standard withdrawal rules. Winnings generated from Bonus Funds are only withdrawable once all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.

Account Suspension & Closure
Circumstances under which accounts may be restricted
n777an reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; Player self-exclusion request; or where required by applicable law.
Upon closure of an Account, any Real Money Funds held in the wallet (net of pending bonus obligations) will be returned to the Player via the registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus Funds not yet subject to a completed wagering requirement will be forfeited upon account closure.

Limitation of Liability

Platform Availability

However, n777an does not guarantee uninterrupted access and will not be liable for losses arising from Platform downtime, scheduled maintenance, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond n777an's reasonable control.
Clause 9.2
Cap on Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, n777an's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, excluding bonus funds.

Gambling Risk Acknowledgement
By using the n777an Platform, you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit. n777an is an entertainment platform and does not guarantee any financial return on bets placed. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the support process, the Player may escalate the matter in writing. n777an's decision on disputes related to game outcomes determined by certified RNG software is final and binding, as the integrity of certified game results cannot be altered retroactively. Disputes related to bonus settlement, withdrawal processing times, or account verification will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis with reference to the evidence available at the time of the dispute.
